吴杨敏，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。主要从事深海苛刻环境涂层材料的表界面调控与防护机制研究。以第一/通讯作者在Adv. Mater., Chem. Eng. J., J. Mater. Sci. Technol., Carbon等学术期刊发表论文20余篇，授权国家发明专利4件。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、浙江省自然科学基金和中国博士后面上资助等项目，参与国家重点研发计划、中国科学院重点部署、浙江省“尖兵”计划等重大项目。入选宁波市“拔尖人才”，担任Corrosion Communications、材料保护等腐蚀与防护领域权威期刊青年编委。
